These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Law Academia UK website, platform, digital materials, and any related services, communications, or sessions (together, the “Services”).

  1. About Law Academia UK

Law Academia UK is an independent legal education platform providing structured study and revision resources for LLB, SQE1, and SQE2 candidates.

Law Academia UK does not provide legal advice, regulated legal services, or qualification pathways.

 

  1. Eligibility and Intended Use

The Services are intended for individuals preparing for legal education and professional assessments, including the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • you are responsible for determining whether the Services are suitable for your individual circumstances.

We reserve the right to:

  • record live sessions without permission;
  • allow access to the Content by any third party;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices or identifiers.

Content may be digitally watermarked and/or linked to individual user identifiers. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution may constitute a breach of intellectual property rights and these Terms.

Where such conduct is identified, Law Academia UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, pursue legal remedies, and, where appropriate, report serious misconduct to relevant regulatory or professional bodies.

For individuals pursuing admission as a solicitor, such conduct may be relevant to assessments of honesty, integrity, and character and suitability by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security measures;
  • interfere with platform functionality;
  • upload malicious content or infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.
